Stuart Broad All Set To Play Against India

Stuart Broad recently confirmed that he is all set to return to action post undergoing treatment for his left ankle. He suffered pain in the County Championship match of Nottinghamshire against Worcestershire last week at Trent Bridge. He had to go through a series of test and scans. However, he is putting in the best efforts to come back strong to play against Surrey in 22nd July. He is doing all it takes to prove that he is fit to take part in the Test series against India which will be played on 1st August. He recently wrote on social media that he has had some injections on his ankle due to ligament problem. With the help of some skilled specialists and multiple scans, he is much better and plans to return.

He would take rest for about 5 days, post which he would be all ready to play against Surrey for Nott’s CC in 22nd July. Broad has this big plan in his mind and would definitely execute positively. He is indeed one of the three frontline seamers of England who is on the injury list. But he will be fit to play in no time. James Anderson will return from this shoulder injury to play against Notts on 15th July and would face Yorkshire in Roses the following week. The England team is expected to name the squad for the series against Indian post the complete round of championship series which would begin at 22nd July.

The England paceman is eagerly waiting to recover so as to return and make his team and country proud. There will be a three match of Twenty20 and ODI this month. It would be interesting to see both India and England takes part and playing against each other in the 5 test series which would start at 1st August.
